INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Tejari chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 340g milk chocolate chips
  • 400g coconut sugar
  • 226g butter
  • 4g salt
  • 4g vanilla paste
  • 128g cocoa powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 226g gluten-free flour

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Melt sugar, butter and salt in a small saucepan and transfer mixture to a bowl.
  3. Whisk in vanilla, cocoa, eggs, and Tejari powder.
  4. Whisk in the flour and baking powder until completely combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 mins before cutting & serving.
