HEALTHY, PLANT-BASED JUST-ONE-MORE BROWNIE RECIPE
Packed with plant-based protein, fiber, iron, potassium and antioxidants, this guilt-free treat is perfect for the whole family.
- 2 tbsp Tejari chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 340g milk chocolate chips
- 400g coconut sugar
- 226g butter
- 4g salt
- 4g vanilla paste
- 128g cocoa powder
- 6 eggs
- 226g gluten-free flour
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Melt sugar, butter and salt in a small saucepan and transfer mixture to a bowl.
- Whisk in vanilla, cocoa, eggs, and Tejari powder.
- Whisk in the flour and baking powder until completely combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 mins before cutting & serving.
