INGREDIENTS
- ½ CUP ORGANIC STEEL OATS (YOU CAN ALSO USE ROLLED OATS FOR A QUICKER PREP)
- 1 SCOOP TEJARI BLUEBERRY + SPINACH BLEND
- 1 CUP ORGANIC DAIRY OR NON-DAIRY MILK
- FRESH STRAWBERRY SLICES
RECIPE
HOW TO COOK ORGANIC STEEL OATS:
- BRING THE WATER AND SALT TO BOIL IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN.
- ADD THE ORGANIC STEEL OATS, WHICH WILL CREATE BUBBLES IN THE WATER AND THEN LOWER HEAT TO LOW
- COOK UNTIL THE WATER IS ABSORBED. YOU WANT TO STIR OCCASIONALLY AND SCRAPE THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN SO NOTHING STICKS AND YOU CAN GET A CREAMY TEXTURE. ADD IN ORGANIC MILK OF YOUR CHOICE AND TEJARI BLUEBERRY + SPINACH BLEND
- ONCE THE WATER IS FULLY ABSORBED AND THE ORGANIC OATS ARE FLUFFLY, REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND LET THE OATS STAND FOR A FEW MINUTES, COVERED WITH A LID.
- TOP WITH FRESH STRAWBERRY SLICES
