BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- ½ CUP ORGANIC FLOUR
- ½ CUP ORGANIC MILK OF YOUR CHOICE
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 OR 2 SCOOPS TEJARI BLUEBERRY + SPINACH BLEND
RECIPE
- IN A LARGE BOWL, SIFT TOGETHER ORGANIC FLOUR, SALT (OPTIONAL), ORGANIC FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND TEJARI BLUEBERRY + SPINACH BLEND
- IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT TOGETHER ORGANIC EGGS (OPTIONAL) AND ORGANIC MILK. STIR MILK AND EGG INTO FLOUR MIXTURE
- HEAT A LIGHTLY OILED GRIDDLE OR FRYING PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT
- POUR OR SCOOP THE BATTER ONTO THE GRIDDLE, USING APPROXIMATELY ¼ CUP FOR EACH PANCAKE. BROWN ON BOTH SIDES AND SERVE HOT
