INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ROLLED OATS
  • 1 CUP MILK (OF YOUR CHOICE, OF COURSE) OR WATER
  • 2 SCOOPS OF TEJARI BLEND OF YOUR CHOICE
  • FRESH BLUEBERRIES
  • CHOPPED WALNUTS
  • DRIED CRANBERRIES

DIRECTIONS

  • IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING LIQUID TO BOIL.
  • REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND POUR IN OATS.
  • ALLOW THEM TO COOK UNTIL THEY ARE THICKEN AND ABSORB ALL THE LIQUID, STIRRING FREQUENTLY. IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
  • PUT OATS IN A BOWL AND ADD IN TEJARI BLEND. MIX WELL.
  • TO TOP, ADD FRESH BLUEBERRIES, CHOPPED WALNUTS AND DRIED CRANBERRIES.
