  • 2 CUPS MEDJOOL DATE, PITS REMOVED
  • 1/2 CUP ROASTED ALMOND
  • 1/2 CUP ALMOND BUTTER
  • 1/2 CUP TEJARI GOLDEN BANANA BLEND
  • 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED SHREDDED COCONUT, DIVIDED
  • 1 PINCH SALT

DIRECTIONS

  • COMBINE DATES, ALMONDS, ALMOND BUTTER, SALT, TEJARI AND HALF OF THE COCONUT IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL A STICKY DOUGH FORMS. (IF DOUGH IS NOT COMING TOGETHER, ADD ONE TABLESPOON OF WATER AND CONTINUE BLENDING.)
  • WET YOUR HANDS AND FORM DOUGH INTO 2 TABLESPOON-SIZED BALL. ROLL IN REMAINING SHREDDED COCONUT. 
  • LET DRY AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING. STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ROLLED OATS
  • 1 CUP MILK (OF YOUR CHOICE, OF COURSE) OR WATER
  • 2 SCOOPS OF TEJARI BLEND OF YOUR CHOICE
  • FRESH BLUEBERRIES
  • CHOPPED WALNUTS
  • DRIED CRANBERRIES

DIRECTIONS

  • IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING LIQUID TO BOIL.
  • REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND POUR IN OATS.
  • ALLOW THEM TO COOK UNTIL THEY ARE THICKEN AND ABSORB ALL THE LIQUID, STIRRING FREQUENTLY. IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
  • PUT OATS IN A BOWL AND ADD IN TEJARI BLEND. MIX WELL.
  • TO TOP, ADD FRESH BLUEBERRIES, CHOPPED WALNUTS AND DRIED CRANBERRIES.

  • 1/2 CUP ALMOND BUTTER (OR SUBSTITUTE PEANUT BUTTER)
  • 4 SCOOPS OF GOLDEN BANANA BLEND
  • 1/4 CUP GROUND FLAXSEED 
  • 1/3 CUP COCONUT FLAKES
  • 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

DIRECTIONS

  • IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. 
  • ROLL OUT TEASPOON SIZED BALLS AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET COVERED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. 
  • FREEZE UNTIL SET ABOUT ONE HOUR.
  • ENJOY AND KEEP LEFTOVERS IN A ZIPLOC BAG IN FRIDGE OR FREEZER.

DIRECTIONS:

  • COMBINE TEJARI BLEND AND MIX WELL
  • ADD FRESH FRUIT

  • 1 CUP UNSWEETENED NUT MILK
  • ½ CUP WATER
  • 2 SCOOPS GOLDEN BANANA BLEND
  • 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND CARADMON
  • PINCH OF GROUND NUTMEG

DIRECTIONS:

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A PAN AND WHISK WELL.
  2. BRING TO BOIL AND THEN REDUCE TO A SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.
  3. ALLOW TO COOL A LITTLE, STRAIN AND SERVE.

DIRECTIONS:
  • COMBINE TEJARI BLEND AND PANCAKE AND MIX WELL
  • COOK ON LOW TEMPERATURE AND SERVE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. BRING THE WATER AND OATS TO A BOIL IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN. REDUCE THE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 3 - 5 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM-LOW HEAT.
  2. STIR IN TEJARI BLEND AND COCONUT.
  3. SERVE HOT WITH FRESH FRUIT.
