ANTIOXIDANT-RICH BLUEBERRY + SPINACH SHAKE

A fiber-boosting blueberry and spinach shake is the perfect way to start off your morning. High protein and nutrient-dense, this fruit shake is sure to keep you satisfied well into the afternoon.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Tejari Blueberry + Spinach Blend
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened, plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add all ingredients to a blend.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Sip up! Enjoy daily in the morning.
