Cacao and Peanut Butter Cereal Puffs

These puffs *look* like they’re too good to be true—but they’re actually refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free *and* packed with protein. Guess you'll have to take seconds!
Tejari Cacao and Greens Blend

Recipe:
  • 1/4 cup Tejari Cacao and Greens Blend
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup date syrup (or maple)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup gluten-free Flour
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
Method:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix and whisk together white ingredients.
    2. Add in GF flour & BP and whisk to combine. This can also be done in a food processor or mixer.
    3. Take half the PB batter and add to another bowl. To that bowl, add cacao powder and

    Roll both batters into small balls (about 2 tsp big) and place spaced out on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 8 minutes and then allow to cool completely. Once cooled and crisp, add them to a bowl with mylk and enjoy!
