Give yourself a little self care and find your glow with us Sunday the 26th for a special 2-hour workshop! We’ll start with a 45 minute Sculpt HIIT class on and off the reformer to get your body moving and glowing. Next we’ll have a glow inducing Tejari smoothie station to support recovery and talk nutrition. Lastly we’ll finish it all off with glowy skin care tips and facials from Save Face Facials.
