TEJARI IN OATMEAL
What could be better than a hearty bowl of oatmeal? Oatmeal enhanced with our Tejari blends! This recipe combines antioxidants, healthy fats and our fiber-filled protein blends to bring you and your family a balanced breakfast.
- 1/2 rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (of your choice) or water
- Tejari Blend of your choice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh fruit - bananas or blueberries
- Chopped walnuts
- Dried cranberries
- In a small saucepan, bring liquid to boil.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in oats.
- Allow them to cook until they are thick and absorb all the liquid, stirring frequently. It will take about 5 minutes.
- Put oats in a bowl and add in Tejari Blend. Mix well.
- To top, add fresh blueberries, chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
