TEJARI IN OATMEAL

What could be better than a hearty bowl of oatmeal? Oatmeal enhanced with our Tejari blends! This recipe combines antioxidants, healthy fats and our fiber-filled protein blends to bring you and your family a balanced breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (of your choice) or water
  • Tejari Blend of your choice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh fruit - bananas or blueberries
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Dried cranberries

TEJARI OATMEAL

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring liquid to boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and pour in oats.
  3. Allow them to cook until they are thick and absorb all the liquid, stirring frequently. It will take about 5 minutes.
  4. Put oats in a bowl and add in Tejari Blend. Mix well.
  5. To top, add fresh blueberries, chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
