RASPBERRY LEMONADE SLUSHIE
A bright, sugar-free refresher that’s the right balance of tart and fruity. Perfect for a hot sunny day!
Yield: 2 servings
- 5 tbsp Tejari Organic Beets + Carrots Blend
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup seltzer water or kombucha
- 1 cup ice
- In a blender, puree raspberries, lemon zest and juice, Tejari Organic Beets + Carrots Blend, and seltzer water until smooth.
- Add in ice, a few cubes at a time, and blend until a nice, icy slushie consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy right away for a perfect refresher on a hot day!
