Banana: One whole banana is used for this smoothie and adds a dose of potassium.

HOW TO MAKE THIS KALE, APPLE, BANANA, AND GREENS SMOOTHIE 

First, add the almond milk, kale sprouts or micro greens, frozen blueberries, banana, Tejari Organic Apples + Greens Blend, ground flax seed, spirulina powder, astragalus, and ice to a blender

Blend all of the ingredients on high until smoothie. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½  cup almond milk
  • ½  cup kale sprouts or microgreens
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon astragalus

Directions:
