Ingredients 

Organic Beets: Make sure your beets are scrubbed really well before roasting them. We like to buy local beets from the farmers' markets. Beets are filled with minerals and phytonutrients like betalains. Beets are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and much more! 
Tejari Organic Beets and Carrots Blend: Rich in beta carotene, plant-based protein, red reishi, and other vital organic nutrients and superfoods. Your body will thank you for sprinkling this blend over the salad! 
Organic Tomatoes: You will want to use both heirloom and cherry tomatoes. Use a variety of colors to make this salad fun to look at! 
Herbs: We like to use cilantro and basil for this recipe. We make this salad both ways! 
Oil: Extra-virgin olive oil for a deliciously classic robust flavor. The oil brings this salad together.
Seasoning: You don't need much seasoning for this beetroots salad–just salt and pepper!

Beetroot salad is pretty healthy! This recipe is healthy because it contains fresh tomatoes, beets, and herbs. Not only is this salad made with a variety of fresh organic ingredients, but it's is sprinkled with nutrient-rich protein powder, too.

A variety of things go well with beetroots such as nuts, different types of cheeses, leafy greens, other veggies and fruits, different types of oil blends, and much more. 

IS IT OK TO EAT BEETS EVERYDAY?

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons Tejari Organic Beets and Carrots Blend
  • 2 pounds tomatoes, preferably heirloom
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Seal beets in a foil packet and add Tejari Organic Beets and Carrots Blend with olive oil.
    2. Roast on a rimmed baking sheet until tender, 75 minutes. When cool, rub beets with a paper towel to remove skins; slice.
    3. Slice large tomatoes, and halve cherry tomatoes, then arrange with beets on a platter.
    4. Top with feta, cilantro, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
